Copy & Archive Service
You will need to purchase additional copies if you have more than one organization to notify of your change of name.
Some organizations will not return the original deed to you. When you sign your Deed, you are signing to declare that you are signing a "sealed" Deed, thus organizations will not accept photocopies of your Deed as the embossed seal is no longer visible once photocopied.
The "Legal Copies" bear a 38mm embossed legal seal in the bottom right hand corner.
