You can apply for a Deed Poll if you are:
- Aged 16yrs or older
- Currently residing in the United Kingdom
- A British Citizen
- A Foreign National
- An Asylum Seeker
- A Refugee

Application
Your Deed Poll is normally delivered to your inbox within 4hrs of submitting your application. Hotmail/Yahoo users should ensure they check the junk email folder regularly. Your sealed Deed Poll will be sent via Royal Mail within 24hrs.
The application process is secure and the information you provide is processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. All credit/debit cards are accepted. If you don't have a valid credit/debit card, you can arrange an alternative method of payment by e-mailing: finance.department@thelegaldeedservice.org.uk
